Supporting Our Community
At the Innisfail Special Events Planning Society, supporting our community is at the heart of everything we do. Our journey began when the beloved scarecrow festival was cancelled, and a group of friends, determined to revive the tradition, came together to form the society. Since then, we have been committed to fundraising throughout the year to ensure we can continue hosting memorable events. From casino nights and paint nights to comedy shows and the local favorite Bullskit, our events are designed to bring people together and create lasting memories.
Our Motiviation
We are motivated by the smiles, laughter, and joy that our events bring to the community. Seeing Norman the scarecrow, a symbol of our inaugural event, standing tall at our festivals reminds us of the impact we have. Our drive comes from a deep love for Innisfail and the desire to keep the spirit of togetherness alive. We are inspired by the support and participation of our community members and are always open to new ideas and members who share our passion.
