The Innisfail Special Events Planning Society is looking for one amazing volunteer group to join us for this year’s Innisfail Harvest Festival, happening September 13–15, 2025!

We’re inviting local clubs, sports teams, scout troops, dance groups, or community organizations to apply. In return for your help during the festival, your group will receive a $500 honorarium — plus you’ll get to keep all collected bottles and recyclables from the weekend!

Duties will include:

Assisting with park cleanup
Helping monitor the kids’ bouncy castles
Acting as gatekeepers at festival entrances

This is a great opportunity to raise funds and give back to the community while having fun at one of Innisfail’s biggest events of the year!

We’re excited to announce that the Innisfail Special Events Planning Society (ISEPS) is now officially managing the beloved Market on Main! This weekly summer market will continue to bring local shopping, fresh food, and community connection to downtown Innisfail — and this year, it’s all in support of the Innisfail Harvest Festival.
Vendors Wanted!

We’re now accepting vendor applications for the 2025 season! Whether you’re a seasoned vendor, a first-time maker, or a local food truck owner — we’d love to have you. Vendors can join us for the full season, or sign up as guest vendors on select dates throughout the summer. Guest spots are a great way to dip your toes into the market scene!
